Things You Should Know
- Breakfast: Included in your room rate is a full breakfast of juice, fruit, a hot entrée and dessert.
Cancellation: We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, or do not arrive as scheduled, one night's lodging will be charged to the credit card you have provided.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you will be arriving outside of this time range, please let us know in advance; check-out is 11:30 am.
- Children: We are pleased to accept children 12 years and older in the Desert Blossom Suite only.
- Deposit: Reservations for 6 days or longer require an advance deposit at the time of reservation of at least one night's lodging. Longer stays and group reservations may require an additional deposit.
- Dietary Issues: If you have any food allergies, or food you don't care to eat for breakfast, please let us know when making your reservation.
- Non-smoking: The Gardenia Inn is a non-smoking, non-candle Inn. Smoking is permitted outside on the porches or in the garden.
- Parking: There is lighted, tandem, parking on the right side of the Inn. We have space for one car, per room.
- Payment: We are pleased to accept cash or the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and JVL.
- Room Capacity: Each of our rooms will accommodate only two guests, with the exception of our suite, Desert Blossom, which will accommodate up to five. The posted rate for our suite is for two guests, additional guests are $20 per person, per night.
